We demonstrate our design of a stable tuneable quantum cascade laser with extremely narrow operational frequency that can be tuned digitally.
Here we design, fabricate, and experimentally study Cavity Resonator Grating Filters that are used to design a tuneable QCL in mid-infrared frequency range.
